This is a scenario which I hear about frequently. Tenant asks continuously of the Landlord to take care of various issues on the property. Landlord does not see the necessity of the problem or any problem, yet agrees to send out maintenance to pacify the Tenant. Tenant “swears” there is an issue but maintenance cannot witness the problem at that very instance. The below article has a great story about this very scenario with what appears to be a good ending.
